Who we are

Ditto Press is the trading name of PRINT247 PTY LTD (ABN 44 149 190 698), 1 & 4 / 14 Dover Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Ditto Press.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us through the website:

• When you sign in for trade pricing: your business name, ABN and email address.
• When you send us a job: your name, company, email, phone number, the job details (sizes, materials, quantities, finishing and notes), purchase order number, the date you need it, delivery or site address, an on-site contact if you give one, and a link to your artwork.

We do not take payment or card details through the website.

How we check your ABN

When you sign in, we check your ABN against the Australian Business Register to confirm it exists and is active. We use the answer to let you in, and we do not store anything the register sends back.

Why we collect it

• To price and quote your job, and to contact you about it.
• To produce, deliver or install the job if you go ahead.
• To keep a record of your jobs and your business with us.
• To keep our trade pricing for businesses.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing from this website.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Your details are seen by the Ditto Press team. To run the website we use a small number of service providers, who hold information on our behalf:

• Airtable, where we keep our job and customer records.
• Resend, which sends our quote and sign-in emails.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.

These providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. If we freight your job, the carrier receives the delivery details it needs to deliver it. We will also disclose information if the law requires us to.

Cookies and your browser

• A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for trade pricing on that device for up to 90 days. Signing out removes it.
• Your quote in progress is saved in your browser tab, so a refresh does not lose what you have typed. It is cleared when you close the tab.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Sign-in links we email expire after 30 minutes, and our internal screens can only be opened through private links held by our team.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing kim@dittopress.com.au or calling 07 5520 2100.

Questions and complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will work with you to sort it out. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
