About these terms

This website is run by PRINT247 PTY LTD (ABN 44 149 190 698), trading as Ditto Press. By using the site, signing in for trade pricing or sending us a job, you agree to these terms.

Trade accounts

• Our pricing is for businesses. To see it, you sign in with your business name, an active ABN and your email address.
• Please give accurate details and only sign in for a business you work for.
• We may decline or close a trade account at our discretion.

Estimates are not quotes

• The quote calculator gives an estimate for printing, plus any finishing you select. Prices are shown excluding GST.
• A minimum charge of $50 ex GST applies to each job.
• Framing, installation and delivery are not included in the estimate. We quote them once we have seen the job.
• An estimate is not an offer. Our team reviews every job and sends you a quote. The price in that quote is the one that applies, and it may differ from the estimate once we have seen your artwork and specifications.
• We only start a job once you have approved our quote.

Your artwork

• You are responsible for your artwork, including sizes, spelling and content. Please check it carefully before you approve a job.
• By sending us artwork, you confirm you have the right to use everything in it, including logos, images and text.

Our website content

The photos and content on this site belong to Ditto Press or are used with permission. Brands shown in our project photos belong to their owners. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us.

Using the website

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Everything else

Anything not covered here, including payment terms, is as agreed with us in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
